INTENSIVE COURSES

When thinking of learning to drive, most people think of taking a course of lessons spread out over a period of months. Whilst it is true, most people do learn this way, there is an alternative.

THE INTENSIVE DRIVING COURSE

These courses usually last between one and two weeks, and enable the candidate to make rapid progress through the syllabus laid out by the Driving Standards Agency.

Provided you have passed the Theory Test (we can arrange this for you) it is possible to arrange your intensive course to coincide with a Practical Driving Test.

Intensive Courses are very popular for those who want to quickly learn to drive, during work or school holidays. We even provide intensive courses for holidaymakers and visitors to the area.

ALL OUR INTENSIVE COURSES ARE ON A ONE-TO-ONE BASIS

The first step of an intensive course is to arrange a two-hour assessment lesson (Our current hourly rate will apply).

WHICH HAS TWO MAIN PURPOSES

• It enables the instructor to assess any driving skills, and then advise on the length of course needed.

• It gives you the opportunity of getting to know the instructor and car, and to finalise details, so that a practical Driving Test can be booked.
